In 2023, I participated in a remarkable global alliance of professional pet photographers that raised an amazing US$65,000 for animal rescue initiatives by crafting the inspiring Tails of the World:  Volume Two.

Altogether, the first two books have raised $150,000 for animal rescue worldwide!

This year, we're dreaming even BIGGER!!

With our collective of visionary photographers doubling in size, we're ambitiously pursuing the goal of raising US$75,000 for charity. But here's the catch:  we need you and your furbaby to join our tribe!

I'm thrilled to announce that Chile Dog Photography is the official photographer for the 2024 Tails of the World: Utah photo sessions.  I invite you to seize this opportunity to showcase the distinct charm of our beautiful state through limited-edition photoshoots, set in our iconic Bonneville Salt Flats.

Each session not only immortalizes the essence of your dog and Utah, but also supports a worthy cause.  Every penny from the session fees is donated to Animal Rescue, while the proceeds from the book sales benefit Second Chance Animal Rescue, Inc.  Plus, one stunning photo from each session is guaranteed to grace the pages of our Tails of the World: Volume Three.

This creative collaboration extends beyond philanthropy – as a participant, you'll have the chance to view and acquire keepsake photographic artwork from your unique canine photoshoot.

ONLY 10 SESSIONS AVAILABLE

  • Dates available: June 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, & 29 2024. Number of applications may determine dates.

  • 100% of the non-refundable Session Donation of $100 goes to Animal Rescue.

  • Sessions take place on the Bonneville Salt Flats

     

    Exact location to be provided day of the session.  It's a BIG place. 😉

  • Two dogs in your family are welcome to attend. If you would like to include more dogs, please upgrade to our Full Session (details below).

  • One image from each session will be included in the Tails of the World: Volume 3 (My choice!!)

  • All sessions include an Reveal and Design session within 2 weeks after the photo session. This will be done online.

  • Prints, products and digital files are not included.  Prints start at $245 for a single mounted silk 8x10 print.

  • All dogs will remain on-leash during the sessions and leashes will be removed in post processing. This is for the safety of all!

  • A FREE digital collectible to immortalize your pet on the blockchain.

  • Once paid, the session fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Founded by Caitlin J. McColl in 2015, the Tails of the World Collective is an international group of professional pet photographers. United in their mission to make a difference for pets in need and celebrate our universal love of dogs.

To date, they have published over 40 books from all around the globe and raised over $50,000 for animal charities.
